About: This earthy, herbaceous essential oil is calming and balancing. Used in aromatherapy to promote the nervous system, Clary Sage is also known for supporting women’s health. Best applied topically at a 2% dilution (12 drops per ounce of carrier), massage into lower back & inner wrists. For a simple palm inhalation, rub a few drops of the dilution between palms, lightly cover face and breathe deeply several times.
